If you could only eat one type of meat for the rest of your life, what would it be?

     -Totally beef. Largest versatility as far as cuts and preparation. Grilled, seared, smoked, braised, cured, and especially raw. Wide range of textures and flavors.

What kind of music do you like? What's the best concert you've been to?

     -Punk, hip hop, metal, old school country. The best concert was Beastie Boys and Tribe Called Quest in Portland, Or. 1998. So many types of music styles were performed and funnest concert especially for a stadium show.

If you could travel to any country in the world, where would you go and why?

     -It's more than just one country, but anywhere in Southeast Asia. Vietnam, Cambodia (Swear I am not kissing any ass Sean), and Thailand. Such a huge variety of meats, veggies, and especially flavors used. Seattle has a lot to offer as far as the food but would love to experience the real deal as well as the culture and environment.
